A Document Request clause establishes the right of one party to ask the other party to provide specific documents relevant to the agreement or its performance. Document Request. After any Liquidation, the Servicer must complete and send a Request for Release of Documents to the Custodian to ensure the release of documents within the period required by applicable state law.

Promptly following receipt by PEC from a Shareholder of an opinion of counsel, in form and content reasonably acceptable to PEC and its counsel, PEC will provide, or cause its counsel to provide, its transfer agent with such instructions or opinions as may be required by the transfer agent to remove the restrictive legend on the certificate evidencing the PEC shares so that the shares may be sold in compliance with Rule 144.

If the Contractor is presented with a request for documents by any administrative agency or with a subpoena duces tecum regarding any records, data or documents that may be in the Contractor’s possession by reason of this Agreement or its performance of the Work, the Contractor must, unless restricted by applicable Law, promptly give notice to the Corporation Counsel and the CFO, with the understanding that the City will have the opportunity to contest such process by any means available to them before the records or documents are submitted to a court or other third party, such contest being at the City's sole cost and expense. The Contractor, however, is not obligated to withhold the delivery beyond the time ordered by the court or administrative agency, unless the subpoena or request is quashed or the time to produce is otherwise extended.
Document Request. To the extent such documents are reasonably available to ORTHO, ORTHO shall provide to ZARS copies of each of the following documents as they relate to the Peel. Such documents may be redacted to delete information not relating to the Peel.
