The DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE clause establishes requirements for how documents related to the agreement must be created, stored, maintained, and accessed to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE. Unless provided otherwise in the C3 Hub Order Form, each of the Document Management option and the Compliance option will be automatically included with C3 Reservations. The annual Customer’s total storage capacity for each of these options will be equal to the number of Transactions performed multiplied by 1 Megabyte. Nevertheless, the maximum amount of storage capacity for a single Transaction cannot exceed 20 Megabytes. C3 will save and regularly back up such stored documents as described in the C3 Hub Customer Data Policy.

The parties acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise specifically stated in a the C3 Hub Order Form, any timelines, resources and/or costs provided by C3 concerning the provisions of such services only represents C3’s good faith estimate and does not represent a warranty.
