DOCK CLASSIFICATION. The parties recognize to delete the dock classification in the Collective Agreement. The parties will meet to discuss any pending dock work in advance of the Company obtaining the work. If the parties cannot agree on the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions from the Collective Agreement dated October 23, 2011 to October 25, 2013 will be used in conjunction with Article 30.01 seeking a resolve.
