DMO & PPO Mid-Level. “Buy-Up” Dental Plan a. Unit employees covered under the HMO medical plan are restricted to dental coverage under the DMO dental plan or to “buy-up” to the PPO-Mid-Level Plan. b. Dependents not enrolled in the HMO medical plan shall not be eligible for the coverage in DMO dental plan or the PPO Mid-Level “Buy-Up” Plan.
