District’s Consultants. If required, Construction Manager will assist the District's Project Manager in selecting and retaining professional services of testing laboratories and special consultants, and coordinate these services, without assuming any responsibility or liability of or for these consultants. Communications by and with Architect's consultants shall be through the Architect except when direct communications have been specially authorized. When direct communications have been specially authorized, it shall be the responsibility of the party initiating the communication to document the communication and submit it the architect for distribution.

  • Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.2.10. Consultant shall therefore not allow any sub-consultant to commence work on any subcontract to perform any part of the Services until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the sub-consultant has secured all insurance required under this Agreement.
