District Student Records. WGU shall instruct Teacher Candidates of the necessity of maintaining the confidentiality of all District student records. The District shall not grant Teacher Candidates or WGU employees access to individually identifiable student information unless the affected student's parent or guardian has first given written consent using a form approved by District that complies with FERPA and other applicable law.
