District Service. The Association shall have the right to use the District mail service and unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship, or examination of such communications by the District. The Association shall have the right to use the District electronic mail service and unit member electronic mailboxes for communications to unit members. The Association shall be furnished, at no cost, a mailbox in the District Office to receive inter-district mail.

  • District Contribution Effective January 1, 2019:

  • District Compliance The District shall conform to and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements imposed by state or federal law or regulations adopted under state or federal law.
