DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. The Parties expressly agree that the DISTRICT's policies, rules, and practices shall be applicable to EMPLOYEE and shall govern the employment relationship between EMPLOYEE and the DISTRICT, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. This Agreement is intended by the parties to be the sole instrument governing the relationship between the parties unless a provision of law, now or hereinafter enacted, is specifically applicable to this Agreement or to the Board/Chancellor relationship. Thus, the parties expressly agree that the District’s policies, rules, and practices shall not be applicable to the Chancellor or affect the employment relationship between the Chancellor and the Board unless specifically referenced in this Agreement.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. Lessee shall strictly observe all rules and regulations of the District’s Board of Education and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations during all periods of use.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. This Agreement is subject to all applicable statutes and regulations, but if there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement, on the one hand, and any District Board Policy or Administrative Regulation, on the other hand, then the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. A copy of the most recent District Rules and Regulations, which the District may modify from time to time, (“District Rules and Regulations”) is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B and made a part of this Agreement, and in the event of any discrepancies between the terms of this Agreement and the District's Rules and Regulations, the latter shall control. The Developer agrees to comply with the District Rules And Regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local statutes or governmental agency regulations in performing its construction and obligations under this Agreement.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. The City agrees that it will abide by, keep and observe all reasonable rules and regulations which the District may make from time to time for the management, safety, care and cleanliness of the District Building, Lease Area, and the surrounding areas, a copy of which shall be provided to the City.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. The Developer hereby acknowledges that this Agreement is subject to the terms of the District’s Sanitary and Storm Water Rules and Regulations (“Rules and Regulations”). The Rules and Regulations in place at the time this Agreement is signed are hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. If any term or provision of this Agreement is in conflict with any term or provision of the Rules and Regulations, the terms and provisions of the Rules and Regulations shall control.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. X. Xxx rentals are not available until 6:30 p.m. and all meetings, social events, or functions will be concluded by 9:30 p.m.
DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. Lessee shall observe and comply with all reasonable rules and regulations of District which now exist or may hereinafter be promulgated from time to time governing all matters relating to the Airport, including, without limitation, access, use, safety and conduct of operations at the Airport and the safe use of Airport facilities. District shall, at Lessee’s written request, furnish a copy of all such rules and regulations, and any amendments thereto, to Lessee.
