DISTRICT OF RESIDENCE. The term “district of residence” as used in this Agreement means the school district in which an eligible student resides for purposes of school attendance.
DISTRICT OF RESIDENCE. The Norton Board of Education hereby enters into a contract for admission of the student listed below with the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio for educational purposes for the 2023-2024 school year. DISTRICT OF RESIDENCE. A. Non-resident students may not attend Berryessa Union School District schools unless permission to attend Berryessa Union School District schools is on file with the district Educational Services Division.

DISTRICT OF RESIDENCE. For the purposes of this Contract, District of Residence is described as follows: “District of Residence” pursuant to Education Code section 48200 et seq., the school district in which the pupil resides. For a charter school operating as a LEA for purposes of special education, the charter shall be the defacto district of residence for all pupils enrolled in that charter. The District of Residence retains ultimate authority and responsibility for the provision of educational programs and services to its pupils regardless of who provides the programs and services.
