Common use of District Funding Clause in Contracts

District Funding. The District shall reimburse the Municipality in an amount not to exceed $743,520.00 for approved private property I/I costs incurred through the work described in Attachment A (“Work” or “Work Plan”). Provided the Municipality is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the District funding shall be provided on a reimbursement basis in accordance with Section 8 below. Work Plan research and preparation costs have been incurred by the Municipality prior to this Agreement and will be reimbursed to a maximum of $4,725.00, contingent upon the Municipality meeting all other conditions of this Agreement. No additional reimbursement will be made for costs incurred prior to the effective date of this Agreement or for costs that are not supported by documentation as outlined by this Agreement.
