Common use of DISTRICT ENGINEER Clause in Contracts

DISTRICT ENGINEER. Any reference in this Lease to the District Engineer means the District Engineer, Texas Department of Transportation,  , Texas, and his/her successor in title or responsibility. When written approval of Lessor is necessary under this Lease said approval is to be obtained from the District Engineer except as otherwise provided herein or otherwise by law.
