District Creates Seniority List. Each year, the District shall cause a seniority list to be created to reflect any addition or deletion of personnel caused by retirement, death, resignation, cessation of services, or continuing contract awards. Such yearly revised listing shall govern the application of the ULA policy until thereafter revised.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.
