DISTRICT BUDGETS. In accordance with Section 4.7 of the Lease, the District Representative shall certify to the Trustee on or before July 1 of each year that the District has included all Lease Payments (other than Lease Payments of advance rental) and Additional Payments due under the Lease in the Fiscal Year covered by its annual budget and the amount so included.
