DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. The Administration of this Contract for the District shall be the responsibility of its administrative staff, hereinafter called “PROJECT MANAGER”. , SAVANNAH-CHATHAM COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM, 000 XXXX XXXXXX, XXXX , XXXXXXXX, XX, 00000, (912) 395-XXX (PHONE), (912) XXX-XX CELL, (912) XXX-XXX FAX, OR email address. Project Manager for this contract shall be responsible to the District Superintendent who is responsible to the District for the proper effectuation of the District’s obligations under the terms of this Contract.

DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. As the educational leaders of the school system, the Superintendent, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Supervisors have the obligation to:  Reinforce the indicated responsibilities of the principals.  Recommend to the Board of School Directors appropriate policies and actions to achieve optimum conditions for positive learning.  Maintain and review an effective Code supportable by students, parents, staff, and community.
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. Subsection 10. Any amendments or changes to this evaluation procedure may be proposed by either the Board of Education or the Pleasanton NEA. These proposals shall be reviewed by a committee composed of an equal number appointed by the Board and the Association. Recommendations of this committee shall be given to both the Board and Association negotiating teams for consideration.
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. SEA has a full-time curriculum director who serves the district in the area ofcCurriculum and instruction and oversees staff professional development. The curriculum director also oversees Title Programs in the district. The curriculum director is evaluated by the superintendent once yearly, except during the year of contract renewal, when she is evaluated twice. SEA has a special education coordinator who is issued as a supplemental position on a part-time basis. The special education coordinator oversees compliance of special education law as it pertains to federal and state regulations.
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. A listing of all District Administration referenced in the following Sub- paragraphs are designated in Exhibit D - District’s Administration. The District shall notify the Contractor in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. The City of Amarillo shall provide administrative services for the District and shall have administrative responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the District, administratively supervise any employees of the District, and prepare the annual budget of the District for submission to the City of Amarillo.
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION. The CITY shall provide administrative support for the annual reports and plans, including preparation of the annual City Council staff reports, noticing to property owners, and any changes to the District organization.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • General Administration 13.1 The Managers shall handle and settle all claims arising out of the Management Services hereunder and keep the Owners informed regarding any incident of which the Managers become aware which gives or may give rise to claims or disputes involving third parties.

  • Central Administration k. Professionals

  • Department The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities or any successor state agency.

  • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & NOTICES Except for legal notices, the parties hereby designate the following contract administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Master Contract. Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Master Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Master Contract. The parties may change contractor administrators by written notice as set forth below. Any notices required or desired shall be in writing and sent by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, or sent via email, and shall be sent to the respective addressee at the respective address or email address set forth below or to such other address or email address as the parties may specify in writing: Enterprise Services Contractor

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.
