Common use of Distributor Warranties Clause in Contracts

Distributor Warranties. Distributor represents and warrants that it will not use nor authorize others to use any Images except as expressly permitted pursuant to this Agreement and it will abide by any restrictions provided to it by Supplier and in accordance with Supplier’s XXXX.

Distributor DISTRIBUTOR represents and warrants that it will not use nor authorize others to use any Images Images/Footage except as expressly permitted pursuant to this Agreement and it will abide by any restrictions provided to it by Supplier and in accordance with Supplier’s XXXXSUPPLIER.
