Common use of DISTRIBUTOR TRADEMARKS Clause in Contracts

DISTRIBUTOR TRADEMARKS. DISTRIBUTOR may file for a service xxxx in ----------------------- order to establish ownership to all right, title and interest in and to the name, trademark and service xxxx "WM Advantage" and will file for a service xxxx in order to establish ownership of all right, title, and interest in the name, trademark and service xxxx "WM Strategic Asset Manager" and such other tradenames, trademarks and service marks identified in Schedule D hereto, as the Parties hereto may amend from time to time (the "DISTRIBUTOR licensed marks" or the "licensor's licensed marks"). DISTRIBUTOR hereby grants to AGL (including its affiliates) a non-exclusive license to use the DISTRIBUTOR licensed marks in connection with AGL's performance of the services contemplated under this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 12.

DISTRIBUTOR hereby grants to AGL (including its affiliates) a non-exclusive license to use the DISTRIBUTOR licensed marks in connection with AGL's performance of the services contemplated under this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 12.
