DISTRIBUTOR TO BE KEPT INFORMED. 18.1. The Supplier shall provide the Distributor free of charge with all documentation relating to the Products (brochures, etc.) reasonably needed by the Distributor for carrying out its obligations under the contract15 . The Distributor shall return to the Supplier, at the end of this Contract, all documents that have been made available to it by the Supplier and that remain in its possession.

The Supplier shall provide the Distributor free of charge with all documentation relating to the Products (brochures, etc.) reasonably needed by the Distributor for carrying out its obligations under this contract. The Supplier shall provide the Distributor with all other information reasonably needed by the Distributor for carrying out its obligations under the contract, including without limitation any information regarding a material decrease in its supply capacity. 18.3. The Supplier shall keep the Distributor informed of any relevant communication with customers in the Territory. 18.4. The Supplier shall at its own expense, and within 30 days of said request, provide an audit of all sales activity by Territory as requested by Distributor.

  • PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

  • Verizon OSS Information 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CBB a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information.
