Distribution or Exhibition Clause Samples

The Distribution or Exhibition clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to how a work, product, or content is shared, displayed, or made available to the public. This clause typically outlines the permitted channels or territories for distribution, such as theaters, online platforms, or retail outlets, and may specify whether the distribution is exclusive or non-exclusive. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties understand the scope and limitations of how the work can be disseminated, thereby preventing unauthorized use and clarifying commercial expectations.
