Distribution of Licensed Material Clause Samples
Distribution of Licensed Material. You may only distribute and sublicense the Licensed Material:
a. in its entirety and without modification;
b. as part of, or together with, the Software;
c. where the Licensed Material includes third party software, with all third party licences noted or included in the Software as may be required from time to time;
d. in Australia; and
e. if You do not give, or purport to give, the person to whom the Licensed Material is sub-licensed: a right to further sub-license the Licensed Material; and a right to do anything with the Licensed Material that You cannot do.
Distribution of Licensed Material a. You may use and distribute the Licensed Material:

f. if You do not give, or purport to give, Approved Providers or Other Authorised Entities to whom the Licensed Material is provided:
g. a right to further sub-license the Licensed Material; and
h. a right to do anything with the Licensed Material that You cannot do.
