Promptly after the execution by the Litigation Trustee of any document entered into pursuant to Section 10.1 hereof, the Litigation Trustee shall deliver a copy thereof to the Beneficiaries, but the failure of the Litigation Trustee to deliver such a copy shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
