Common use of Distribution Fee Clause in Contracts

Distribution Fee. 6.1. Subject to the Operator providing accurate and complete monthly Report(s) pursuant to Section 12 of this Agreement and paying the Monthly Subscription Fee, the Broadcaster shall pay Operator the fees calculated under Clause 6.2 below (“Distribution Fee”). 6.2. Distribution Fee for any Month shall be an amount calculated at the rate of twenty percent (20%) of the Monthly Subscription Fees payable in that particular Month. 6.3. The Operator shall raise monthly invoice towards Distribution Fee along with applicable taxes and provide by the 7th (seventh) day of the subsequent Month along with monthly Report(s) to the Broadcaster. For purposes of clarity, Distribution Fee shall be subject to applicable withholding tax. 6.4. It is hereby agreed by the Parties that the Broadcaster shall be entitled to reduce the payment of the Distribution Fee against any payments to be made by the Operator to the Broadcaster, including the payment of the Monthly Subscription Fees and raise invoice accordingly.
