Disruptive Behavior. The student agrees to be respectful of other residence hall residents and staff members. Disruptive behavior includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise or distracting behavior that impedes another resident student or staff member’s ability to sleep, study, or perform a general task. Such occurrences will be subject to disciplinary action. The College reserves the right to remove stereos and musical instruments from rooms if the student is unwilling to abide by the rules.

VIOLENCE OR VANDALISM ON PLGC PROPERTY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND RCMP WILL BE CALLED TO INVESTIGATE/ACTION AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION MAY RESULT.
Disruptive Behavior. If UCA/ORGANIZER determines that the conduct of VENDOR is disruptive to the EVENT or that VENDOR is not acting in a courteous and professional manner, ORGANIZER may remove VENDOR from the EVENT and, in which case, VENDOR shall not receive a refund of the Contract Price.
Disruptive Behavior. The PPO may terminate a Member’s coverage for cause if the Member’s behavior is disruptive, unruly, abusive or uncooperative to the extent that his continuing membership in the PPO seriously impairs the PPO’s ability to provide Covered Services to either that Member or to other Members. Disruptive Behavior. All employees bear a responsibility for maintaining proper control and discipline in school. All employees may use such reasonable force as is necessary to xxxx off an attack, to protect another person, or to quell a disturbance threatening physical injury to others. All disciplinary actions and methods invoked by employees shall be reasonable and just and in accordance with established Board policy. The Board and administration recognize responsibility in supporting employees in the maintenance of appropriate control and discipline in all phases in the operation of a school. All employees are responsible for reporting to the building principal the name of any person who is in apparent need of attention by specialized personnel. Whenever an employee is absent from school because of personal injury resulting from an assault on school property or at a school-sponsored event, the employee will be paid full salary less the amount of any workers compensation or district disability insurance received due to such injury until the employee returns to work or employment is ended. No part of such covered absence will be chargeable to annual sick leave. The Board, however, shall have the right to have the employee examined by a licensed physician designated by the Board for the purpose of establishing the length of time the employee may be absent and the Board will pay the cost. The Board shall make its decision on the basis of the professional opinion of said physician. The Board, upon proper investigation of all facts of the incident, shall provide full support, including its legal counsel, for any assault upon an employee acting in the discharge of official school duties or any assault as a result of a school-related incident arising out of the discharge of official duties. In addition, the Board shall provide full replacement cost of personal items damaged or destroyed in the assault.

Disruptive Behavior. We ask that you respect our property, neighbors and the community of Wycombe by keeping the actions and sounds to a reasonable expectation. You may have music (Live bands, DJ’s, or Radio) as long as the volume is maintained not to be considered disruptive to our neighbors. No music may be on prior to 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM. Under no circumstances may individuals under 21 years of age consume, transport, or serve to others, any liquor or malt or brewed beverages. The organization and/or individual signing this agreement accepts full responsibility for the actions of ALL GUESTS AND ATTENDEES at your event. Everyone must vacate the property by 11:00 PM.
