Common use of Disputes Clause in Contracts

Disputes. The Parties recognize that disputes as to certain matters may from time to time arise that relate to either Party’s rights and/or obligations hereunder. It is the objective of the Parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute arises under this Agreement.

Disputes. The Parties recognize that disputes as to certain matters may from time to time arise that relate to either Party’s rights and/or obligations hereunder. It is the objective of the Parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigationcooperation. It is the objective of the Parties parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement a Dispute in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. To accomplish this objective, the Parties parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, 9 if and when a dispute Dispute arises under this Agreement.

To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 ARTICLE 15 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when Agreement (other than a dispute arises under this Agreementaddressed in Section 3.4).

To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the following procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute arises under this Agreement.:

To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, 13 if and when such a dispute arises under this Agreementbetween the Parties.

It is the objective of the Parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. The Parties shall attempt to settle any such dispute through good faith negotiations in the spirit of mutual cooperation between business executives with authority to resolve the dispute. To accomplish this objective, and with respect to all disputes hereunder, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, Section 14.10 if and when a dispute between the Parties arises under this Agreement.

It is the intent and objective of the Parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of such disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. To accomplish this objectiveAccordingly, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, of or relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when including any such controversy or claim involving Affiliates of any Party (each, a dispute arises under this Agreement“Dispute”), shall be resolved as set forth in Appendix 12.13.

To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute arises under this Agreement.

To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, Section XXIII.B if and when such a dispute arises under this Agreementbetween the Parties.

Disputes. The Parties recognize that that, from time to time during the Term, disputes may arise as to certain matters may from time to time arise that which relate to either Party’s rights and/or obligations hereunder. It is the objective of the Parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 Section 15.7 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute arises under this Agreement.

Disputes. 10.1.1 The Parties parties recognize that disputes as to certain matters may from time to time arise that during the Term which relate to either Partyparty’s rights and/or obligations hereunderhereunder or to the interpretation, performance, breach, or termination of this Agreement (a “Dispute”). It is the objective of the Parties parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement a Dispute in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. To accomplish this objective, the Parties parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, 10 if and when a dispute Dispute arises under this Agreement.

The Parties recognize that disputes as to certain matters may that, from time to time time, disputes, controversies or claims may arise that relate which stem from or are related to either a Party’s respective rights and/or or obligations hereunderunder this Agreement or a Party’s actual or alleged breach of this Agreement (a “Dispute”). It is the objective desire of the Parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes Disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to arbitration or litigation. To accomplish this objective, the Parties agree to follow the following procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute Dispute arises under this Agreement.

Disputes. The Parties parties recognize that disputes as to certain matters may from time to time arise during the term of this Agreement that relate to either Party’s party's rights and/or obligations hereunderhereunder or thereunder. It is the objective of the Parties parties to establish procedures to facilitate the resolution of disputes arising under this Agreement in an expedient manner by mutual cooperation and without resort to litigation. To accomplish this objective, the Parties parties agree to follow the procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute arises under this AgreementAgreement between the parties or among the Steering Committee.

To accomplish this objectivecooperation; however, should a dispute arise, the Parties agree to follow the arbitration procedures set forth in this Article 14 to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with any provision of this Agreement, if and when a dispute arises under this Agreement13.2.
