Disputes Resolution Procedure. This Agreement recognises the union as a legitimate representative of the employees covered by this Agreement. However, employees are free to be represented or not represented by industrial associations. 14.1 A major objective of this Agreement is to eliminate lost time and/or production arising out of disputes or grievances.
