Common use of Disputed Transactions Clause in Contracts

Disputed Transactions. 4.1. The Cardholder undertakes to resolve any disputes and disagreements regarding the purchase or receipt of goods or services (e.g., defective merchandise, unsatisfactory services) directly with the Accepting Partner.
