Disputed Invoices. In the case of a disputed invoice, CPR will pay the invoice, less the amount in dispute, and prior to the initiation of any form of adversary proceedings, the Supplier and CPR will work together in good faith in accordance with Article 18 β DISPUTE RESOLUTION to resolve the disputed invoice. Late payment and interest charges shall not apply to the amount in dispute until final resolution of the dispute.
