Disputed Accounts. Bank will not be obligated to accept any check, money order or other payment instrument marked “payment in full” delivered on any disputed account, loan balance, fee or expense owed, and Bank expressly reserves the right to reject all such payment instruments. Disputed Accounts. 7.9.1 If You wish to dispute any account, bill, fee or Charge, security or advance payment under this Agreement for Service You must do so promptly and in no case later than fourteen calendar days after the date of the date of the demand for the Charge has issued.
