Dispute Resolution Procedures. 20.1 CONTRACTOR and COUNTY agree to act promptly and diligently to first mutually resolve any disputes, pursuant to procedures set forth in this Contract. All such disputes shall thereafter be subject to the provisions of this Section 20.0.
