Disproportionate share. If the Association believes that 21 nurses on a unit and shift have taken a substantially disproportionate share of 22 such involuntary days off during the period of the preceding posted time 23 schedule, the Association may bring this to the attention of the Medical Center. 24 Two Medical Center representatives will then meet with two nurses designated 25 by the Association to review the involuntary days off data and, if such actual 26 share is substantially disproportionate, to discuss means of avoiding continuance
