Disposition of Promotion Application Documents. Upon completion of the promotion evalua- tion process and appeals, if any, it shall be the responsibility of the faculty member to retrieve his/her support materials within thirty (30) calendar days. The Promotion Application Form shall be deposited in the applicant’s Official Personnel File at the conclusion of the promotion process.
