DISPATCHES. The Company will lift the finished goods after paying the necessary taxes/ duties etc. For this purpose the Manufacturer will make the necessary documentations (including challans, debit notes, memos, etc.) which shall accompany the goods to various destinations. Transportation costs including loading/unloading of goods shall be borne by the Company.

DISPATCHES. On receipt of order from a CP, available stocks will be dispatched immediately. In case of non- availability of stocks, same will be arranged and supplied to the CPs after receipt. For effective management of inventory and extending better service, the Company has divided its product range in F (Fast Moving) and S (Slow Moving) categories. F category items likely to be available in ex-stock. However, S category items are slow moving products and they will not be generally stocked in depots but arranged from plant stocks or manufactured only on receipt of an order from the CPs and delivery is likely to be within 2-4 weeks. The goods will be dispatched by transport as decided by the Company on the basis of delivery performance as well as rates. All CPs shall be required to acknowledge the receipt of goods and sign and stamp all Invoices for delivery after checking the same. This shall be a mandatory requirement. The price applicable will be F.O.R. destination but transit liability/damage from company godown to destination will be liability of CPs though the company at its discretion may get the goods insured.
DISPATCHES. 8.1 All Owner Operators and drivers of Owner Operators shall be dispatched “first in - first out”. Owner Operators and drivers of Owner Operators shall not refuse loads unreasonably. If loads are refused, the operator will be placed on the bottom of the dispatch list for that day. Such dispatch will be allocated in a non-discriminatory fashion.
DISPATCHES. The Manufacturer shall dispatch the finished products to locations and parties/persons as may be intimated by the Company from time to time. The Company shall arrange to make necessary documentations including challans, debit notes, memos, etc. which shall accompany the goods to various destinations. The Manufacturer thus co-operates and works with the Company in getting necessary documentation and tapes in place. Transportation costs including loading/unloading of goods shall be borne by the Company. The Company agrees to lift the finished goods within 10 days from the date of intimation by the manufacturer.

  • Dispatch The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • PRODUCT DELIVERY Delivery must be made as ordered to the address specified on the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Delivery shall be made within thirty calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order by the Contractor, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User and the Contractor. The decision of the Commissioner as to compliance with delivery terms shall be final. The burden of proof for delay in receipt of a Purchase Order shall rest with the Contractor. In all instances of a potential or actual delay in delivery, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Commissioner and the Authorized User, and confirm in writing the explanation of the delay, and take appropriate action to avoid any subsequent late deliveries. Any extension of time for delivery must be requested in writing by the Contractor and approved in writing by the Authorized User. Failure to meet such delivery time schedule may be grounds for cancellation of the order or, in the Commissioner’s discretion, the Contract.

  • Physical Delivery All notices must be in writing, except as provided in § 27.2. Any document, including a signed 707 document or notice, from or on behalf of Seller, and delivered to Buyer is effective when physically received by Buyer, any 708 signatory on behalf of Buyer, any named individual of Buyer, any representative of Buyer, or Brokerage Firm of Broker working 709 with Buyer (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting mediation described in § 23 and except as provided in 710 § 27.2). Any document, including a signed document or notice, from or on behalf of Buyer, and delivered to Seller is effective 711 when physically received by Seller, any signatory on behalf of Seller, any named individual of Seller, any representative of Seller, 712 or Brokerage Firm of Broker working with Seller (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting mediation described 713 in § 23 and except as provided in § 27.2).

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Transmission The Custodian and the Fund shall comply with SWIFT’s authentication procedures. The Custodian will act on FT Instructions received via SWIFT provided the instruction is authenticated by the SWIFT system. § Written Instructions. Instructions may be transmitted in an original writing that bears the manual signature of an Authorized Person(s).

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • Overnight Delivery When delivered by an overnight delivery service, charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service.

  • Carrier Carrier shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, at its sole expense, insurance sufficient to cover any and all damages, liability and obligations contemplated by this Agreement. If Carrier’s need for Currency exceeds the insurance limits specified below, Carrier shall increase such limits and provide verification thereof.
