Dismissal/Suspension for Alleged Cause Employees dismissed or suspended for alleged cause shall have the right within seven (7) calendar days after the date of dismissal or suspension to initiate a grievance at Step Three of the grievance procedure.
Automatic Reduction Promptly following each date on which the Required Amount is reduced as a result of a reduction in the Pool Balance of the Class B Certificates or otherwise, the Maximum Commitment shall automatically be reduced to an amount equal to such reduced Required Amount (as calculated by the Borrower). The Borrower shall give notice of any such automatic reduction of the Maximum Commitment to the Liquidity Provider within two Business Days thereof. The failure by the Borrower to furnish any such notice shall not affect such automatic reduction of the Maximum Commitment.
Dismissal and Suspension Grievance All dismissals and suspensions will be subject to formal grievance procedure under Article 8. A copy of the written notice of dismissal or suspension shall be forwarded to the President of the Union within five (5) days of the action being taken.
Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.
Dismissal and Suspension (a) The Employer may dismiss or suspend for just cause any employee who has completed their probationary period. Notice of dismissal or suspension will be in writing and will set forth the reasons for dismissal or suspension and an employee will have the right to have a xxxxxxx present, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. A copy of the written notice of suspension or dismissal will be forwarded to the President of the Union or the designated staff representative within five working days.
Dismissal or Suspension Grievances (a) In the case of a dispute arising from an employee's dismissal, rejection on probation, or suspension greater than twenty (20) days or suspension pending investigation, the grievance may be filed directly at arbitration, within thirty (30) days of the date on which the dismissal, or rejection on probation, or suspension occurred, or within thirty (30) days of the employee receiving such notice.

Suspension; Termination Borrower shall have voluntarily suspended its business or, if Borrower is a partnership, the partnership shall have been dissolved or terminated, other than a technical termination of the partnership for tax purposes.
Term Termination and Suspension 18.1 This Agreement shall be effective from the Effective Date for the Term. The Service shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue until the Completion Date, whereupon this Agreement shall expire unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
Termination or Suspension Under Federal Law (i) If the Employee is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Company’s affairs by an order issued under Sections 8(e)(iv) or 8(g)(i) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (“FDIA”) (12 U.S.C. 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1)), all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall terminate, as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the Employee shall not be affected.
