Dismissal Grievance. In the case of a dispute arising from an employee's dismissal, the grievance shall commence at Step Two within fourteen (14) days from the date of the dismissal.

Dismissal Grievance. A grievance dealing with the dismissal of an employee, subject to Article 28 (Discipline and Discharge), may be submitted directly to Step 2 of the grievance procedure, within ten (10) working days of the employee being officially advised of dismissal.
