DISHONORED ITEM FEE. Borrower will pay a fee to Lender of $15.00 if Borrower makes a payment on Borrower's loan and the check or preauthorized charge with which Borrower pays is later dishonored.

Upon any charge in the terms of this Note, and unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, no party who signs this Note, whether as maker, guarantor, accommodation maker or endorser, shall be released from liability. All such parties agree that Lender may renew or extend (repeatedly and for any length of time) this loan, or release any party or guarantor or collateral; or impair, fail to realize upon or perfect Lender's security interest in the collateral; and take any other action deemed necessary by Lender without the consent of or notice to anyone. IN ADDITION, IN THE EVENT OF BXXXXXXX'S DEFAULT UNDER THE TERMS OF ANY NOTE OR SECURITY AGREEMENT EXECUTED IN FAVOR OF LXXXXX, THE UNDERSIGNED AGREE(S) TO EXECUTE A DEED OF TRUST IN FAVOR OF LXXXXX COVERING THE ASSET LISTED ABOVE.
DISHONORED ITEM FEE. If Bxxxxxxx makes a payment on the loan with a check or preauthorized charge which is later dishonored, a fee in the amount of $32.00 will be charged. RELATED DOCUMENTS, The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, deeds to secure debt, business loan agreements, construction loan agreements, resolutions, guaranties, environmental agreements, subordination agreements, assignments, and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the indebtedness evidenced hereby this Agreement whether now or hereafter existing, including any modifications, extensions, substitutions or renewals of any of the foregoing. The Related Documents are hereby made a part of this Agreement by reference thereto, with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
