Common use of DISCRIMINATION / HARASSMENT Clause in Contracts

DISCRIMINATION / HARASSMENT. 33.01 The parties agree that there should be no discrimination or harassment in the workplace contrary to law (including particularly on the basis of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex (including pregnancy, the possibility of pregnancy or circumstances related to pregnancy), gender determined characteristics, marital status, family status, sexual orientation, political belief, physical or mental disability, or conviction for an offence for which a pardon has been granted) and that they and all employees shall cooperate in efforts to ensure that in fact there is no such inappropriate behaviour. In that regard, the parties state as follows:
