Common use of Discretionary Termination Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Termination. CARE shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement at CARE’s sole discretion and for any reason. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of such written notice, the Grantee shall be required to: (a) Submit a final written report describing all work performed by the Grantee. (b) Submit an accounting of all grant funds expended up to and including the date of termination. (c) Reimburse CARE for any unspent grant funds.
