Discretionary Reductions. Upon five (5) Business Days prior written notice to Bank, the Borrowers may permanently reduce the Maximum Amount and/or Revolving Credit Maximum, in whole or part, provided that each partial reduction of the Maximum Amount and/or Revolving Credit Maximum shall be in an amount equal to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
