Common use of Discount Terms Clause in Contracts

Discount Terms. i. Client will not transfer, assign or re-allocate the Subaccount from Client to any other third party. ii. The OEM is solely responsible for determining the retail prices it charges to the Client for the Services and the extent to which it provides to the Client any of the credits, funds or seats granted under this SOW. iii. The discounts under this SOW are being provided pursuant to the OEM’s discounting policies and criteria. iv. No Party other than the Client shall benefit directly or indirectly from the discounts from any discounts, credits or funds provided under this SOW .
