Discount Percentage. The Discount Percentage shall be based upon the monthly average of the net assets of all of the funds on Master Schedule A to Management Contracts (“Group Assets”), as may be updated from time to time, and the monthly average of the net assets of the Fund (computed in the manner set forth in the Trust’s Declaration of Trust or other organizational document) determined as of the close of business on each business day throughout the month. After determination of the average Group Assets tier bound level in Master Schedule B to Management Contracts, as may be updated from time to time, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract, the Discount Percentage shall be determined on a cumulative basis pursuant to the schedule set forth in Master Schedule B to Management Contracts.
Discount Percentage. All Discount percentage values shall not exceed two decimal places (e.g., 20.25222% shall be rounded to nearest one hundredth 20.25%). A Discount percentage value cannot be expressed as a range (ex 10%-20%, or “varies”).
Discount Percentage. Merchant shall pay Acquirer discount percentages, batch header fees and transaction fees for processing the credit card drafts. The discount percentages shall include consideration for Qualifying, Mid-Qualifying and Non-Qualifying transactions. Merchant hereby authorizes Acquirer to debit any of the Merchant's Accounts for payment of any and all fees and the discount percentage which shall be paid at the rate established as set forth at the end of this Agreement. Said discount percentage may be revised from time to time upon thirty (30) days written notice to Merchant.
Discount Percentage. Merchant shall pay Servicers the discount fees, batch header fees, per item fees and any and all other fees set forth above and in the Merchant Processing Application and the Merchant Card Processing and Security Agreement which are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as consideration for processing Merchant’s credit card drafts. As set forth herein, the discount fees shall take into consideration whether transactions are entitled to mid-qualified or non-qualified treatment. Merchant hereby authorizes Bank to debit any of the Merchant’s accounts for payment of any and all fees set forth herein and in the Merchant Processing Application and the Merchant Card Processing and Security Agreement. The rate of said discount fees may be revised from time to time upon thirty (30) days written notice to Merchant.
Discount Percentage. The Discount Percentage shall not be greater than 40%.
