Discontinuance of Proceedings by Trustee. If any proceeding commenced by the Trustee on account of any Event of Default is discontinued or is determined adversely to the Trustee, the District, the Trustee and the Owners of the Bonds shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder as though no such proceedings had been commenced. The Owners of a majority in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds Outstanding hereunder shall have the right, after furnishing indemnity satisfactory to the Trustee, to direct the method and place of conducting all remedial proceedings by the Trustee hereunder, provided that such direction shall not be in conflict with any rule of law or with this Indenture or unduly prejudice the rights of minority Owners. Limitations on Actions by Owners of Bonds. No Owner of a Xxxx shall have any right to pursue any remedy hereunder unless: the Trustee shall have been given written notice of an Event of Default; the Owners of at least 25% in aggregate principal amount of all Bonds then Outstanding shall have requested the Trustee, in writing, to exercise the powers hereinabove granted or to pursue such remedy in its or their name or names; the Trustee shall have been offered indemnity satisfactory to it against costs, expenses and liabilities; and the Trustee shall have failed to comply with such request within a reasonable time. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section or any other provision of this Indenture, the obligation of the District shall be absolute and unconditional to pay hereunder, but solely from the Pledged Revenues, the Debt Service Requirements of the Bonds to the respective Owners thereof on the respective due dates thereof, and nothing herein shall affect or impair the right of action, which is absolute and unconditional, of such Owners to enforce such payment.
