Disclosure to the Secretary iManage shall make available its internal practices, records, and books relating to the Use and/or Disclosure of Protected Health Information received from Customer to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining Customer’s compliance with HIPAA, subject to attorney-client and other applicable legal privileges.
Disclosure to the Secretary. Microsoft shall make available its internal practices, records, and books relating to the Use and/or Disclosure of Protected Health Information received from Customer to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining Customer’s compliance with HIPAA, subject to attorney-client and other applicable legal privileges. Microsoft shall respond to any such request from the Secretary in accordance with the Section titled “Disclosure of Customer Data” in the Agreement.
Disclosure to the Secretary. Business Associate shall make internal practices, books, and records, including policies and procedures relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information received from, or created by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity available to the secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services or his or her designee (the “Secretary”), in a time and manner designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity’s compliance with HIPAA. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no legal privilege or protection shall be deemed waived by virtue of this provision.
Disclosure to the Secretary. Business Associate shall disclose PHI when required by the Secretary to investigate or determine Covered Entity’s or Business Associate’s compliance with 45 C.F.R. § 164, subpart E.
Disclosure to the Secretary. Make Provider’s internal practices, books, and records available to the Secretary for purposes of determining compliance with the HIPAA rules.
Disclosure to the Secretary. CORE BTS, INC. will make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information received from Customer available to the Secretary for purposes of determining Customer’s compliance with the HIPAA Rules, subject to attorney-client and other applicable privileges.
Disclosure to the Secretary. Business Associate will make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary, in a time and manner designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity’s compliance with HIPAA, subject to any applicable legal privileges. Business Associate will notify Covered Entity upon its receipt of any such request for access by the Secretary and provide Covered Entity with a copy of such request.
Disclosure to the Secretary. Business Associate shall make internal practices, books, and records, including policies and procedures and Protected Health Information, relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information available to Covered Entity or to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”), in a time and manner designated by Covered Entity or the Secretary, for purposes of determining Covered Entity’s compliance with the Privacy Standards or of determining Business Associate’s compliance with this Addendum and the Agreement. In the event that Business Associate is requested to make a disclosure to the Secretary, Business Associate immediately shall notify Covered Entity, cooperate with Covered Entity in coordinating the disclosure, and provide Covered Entity with a copy of all information and documents disclosed to the Secretary, at no cost to Covered Entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no legal privilege or protection shall be deemed waived by virtue of this provision.

Business Associate shall make available its internal practices, records, and books, including Protected Health Information, relating to the use and/or disclosure of Protected Health Information received from Covered Entity to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining Covered Entity’s compliance with HIPAA, subject to attorney-client and other applicable legal privileges.
