Disclosure Period. This agreement pertains only to Confidential Information disclosed between June 1, 2019, ("Effective Date") and June 1, 2020.
Disclosure Period. The duration of this Agreement during which either Party may furnish to the other relating to and for the Purpose shall be for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of this Agreement, unless otherwise extended by the Parties in writing (“Disclosure Period”).
Disclosure Period. This Agreement applies to Confidential Information described in Paragraph 3 that is disclosed between the Effective Date and two (2) years thereafter.

Disclosure Period. This Agreement pertains to Confidential Information that is disclosed during the period commencing with the Effective Date and ending on the earliest of (a) termination of dealings between the parties, and delivery of written notice thereof by either party specifically referencing this Agreement; (b) a definitive agreement is entered into between the parties hereto, which will then govern the treatment of confidential information disclosed thereafter, or (c) one (1) year after the Effective Date.
Disclosure Period. The period for disclosure (“Disclosure Period”) of Proprietary Information under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and expire one (1) year thereafter. Either party may provide for an earlier expiration of the Disclosure Period by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to such effect. A Receiving Party shall have no obligation to treat information which was not received within the Disclosure Period as Proprietary Information of the Disclosing Party unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.
