Disclosure of Tax Number Clause Samples

Disclosure of Tax Number. Contractor shall provide Contractor’s tax identification number to DAS PS upon execution of this Price Agreement. This number is required pursuant to ORS 305.385, OAR 125-246-0330(2)(d), and OAR ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇. Social Security numbers provided pursuant to this authority will be used for the administration of state, federal, and local tax laws.
