Common use of Disclosure by Fresenius Parties Clause in Contracts

Disclosure by Fresenius Parties. The Fresenius Parties agree to retain all information referred to in the Article 8 in accordance with the requirements of applicable Law and as will permit or facilitate the defense of any litigation or Claim in respect of the Product, to keep Licensor generally apprised of informational developments with respect to matters described in this Article 8, and, to the extent reasonably requested by Licensor in connection with the investigation or defense of Claims brought against Licensor, audits of Licensor, or for other appropriate purposes, to provide Licensor with access to and copies of such information.
