Disclosure and Assignment. The Executive agrees to fully and freely (and without expense to the Company) record in a legible manner, in writing or in electronic form, and to communicate to the Company, and the Executive hereby assigns to the Company without the need for any further consideration or compensation therefor, all of his right, title and interest in and to all Intangible Property.
