The Lender has received all documents, records, books and other publicly available information pertaining to Lender's investment in the Company that have been requested by the Lender. The Company is subject to the periodic reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, and the Lender has reviewed copies of all SEC Documents deemed relevant by Lender.
