Further, in no event shall the liability of the Bank and its affiliates exceed the amounts paid by you for the services provided to you through Electronic Services. YOUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE - You may cancel your Online Banking and/or Online Bill Pay service at any time by providing us written notice. Your access to Online Banking and/or Online Bill Pay will be suspended within 3 business days of our receipt of your instructions to cancel the service. By cancelling these services you no longer will have access to any mobile products. You will remain responsible for all outstanding fees, charges and scheduled payments incurred for that entire month. There will be no prorating. You may cancel Mobile Banking by simply deleting the app from your device. OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE - You agree that we can terminate or limit your access to Online Banking Services for any of the following reasons:  Without prior notice, if you have insufficient funds in any one of your Bank accounts. Electronic Services may be reinstated, in our sole discretion, once sufficient funds are available to cover any fees, pending transfers, and debits.  Upon 3-business days notice, if you do not contact us to designate a new Primary Checking Account immediately after you close your Primary Checking Account.  Upon reasonable notice, for any other reason in our sole discretion.  90 calendar days of inactivity will automatically terminate your Online Banking account.

Electronic Services Online Banking service may be reinstated, in our sole discretion, once sufficient funds are available to cover any fees, pending transfers, and debits.  Upon 3-business If you fail to access the Online Banking Services for 335 days, your online account will become dormant. You will be notified by mail and have 30 days notice, if to respond. If you do not contact us to designate respond, your Online Banking account will be closed. Closure of your account will include cancellation of xxxx pay set up and scheduled xxxx pay payments. If your account closes before a xxxx pay payment has posted, the check will be returned. Re-activation of online banking as well as xxxx pay will require the completion of a new Primary Checking Account immediately after you close enrollment. If you decide not to maintain such hardware and software, you agree that our officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages under or by reason of any services or products provided under this Agreement or by reason of your use of or access to our Electronic Services, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or not or based on a warranty. Further, in no event shall the liability of the Bank and its affiliates exceed the amounts paid by you for the services provided to you through Electronic Services. YOUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE - You may cancel your Online Banking and/or Online Bill Pay the service at any time by providing us written noticecontacting Customer Service. You will remain responsible for all outstanding fees, charges and scheduled payments incurred for that entire month. There will be no prorating. You may cancel Mobile Banking by simply deleting the app from your device. OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE - You agree that we can terminate or limit your access to Online Banking Services for any of the following reasons:  Without prior notice, if you have insufficient funds in any one of your Bank accounts. Electronic Services may be reinstated, in our sole discretion, once sufficient funds are available to cover any fees, pending transfersresponsibility, and debitsyou agree to hold us harmless, from any delay or inaccuracy of any transaction or function due to an interruption or loss of communications in the service provided by your Internet or browser provider, or your system hardware or software, to the extent allowed by state and federal law.  Upon 3-business days noticeWe also accept no responsibility, if and you do not contact agree to hold us to designate a new Primary Checking Account immediately after you close your Primary Checking Account.  Upon reasonable noticeharmless, for any system virus or other reason in our sole discretion.  90 calendar days of inactivity will automatically terminate your system problem attributable to the Online Banking accountservice or to your Internet service provider.
