Disciplinary Suspensions. 30.7.1 Employees with suspensions of two days or less in their personnel file shall have those suspensions removed after a period of five (5) years. 30.7.2 Employees may request to have suspensions of three (3) days or more removed after a period of five (5) years. The Director of Human Resources will review such requests on a case by case basis. Factors that will be considered are the employee’s prior disciplinary record, their overall personnel record, and their conduct since the discipline was taken.
