The Disciplinary Referrals clause establishes the procedures and conditions under which an individual may be referred for disciplinary action within an organization or institution. Disciplinary Referrals. For any juvenile in segregated housing on weekends and holidays because of a disciplinary referral, the Sheriff’s Office shall minimize the amount of time the juvenile will spend in segregated housing by utilizing an expanded rotation schedule and by implementing an alternative behavior management policy as provided in ¶ 10(i)(ii)(1) herein.
