Disciplinary Policies. A. The School Corporation shall implement the student disciplinary policies and procedures, including policies and procedures for the suspension and expulsion of students, described in its petition and included as Attachment H, and shall provide a copy of those policies and procedures to students, parents, and PCSB within the first ten (10) days of the beginning of each Academic Year. Such policies and procedures shall be age/grade level appropriate and consistent with applicable law including, but not limited to, requirements for due process, provision of alternative instruction, and federal laws and regulations governing the discipline and placement of students with disabilities. PCSB shall approve or deny any material changes to such policies and procedures within sixty (60) days of submission.
